Due to the nature of our products and our pricing model that includes free shipping, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at mirceasmarandoiu@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage
- A description of the issue

We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order is being processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled.

LOST PACKAGES
If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

NOT RECEIVED?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us — we will investigate with the carrier.
