5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance — orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHOD
We currently accept Visa credit and debit cards only. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways for your security.

We do not accept Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any other payment methods at this time.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@smxmarket.com. After 12 hours, orders are processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Free shipping is included in the price of every product. We ship across the United States and Canada.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to our pricing model that includes free shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Refunds are issued only in cases of:
- Damaged or defective items (reported within 7 days of delivery)
- Lost packages confirmed by the carrier
- Orders cancelled within the 12-hour window
